How To Filter Order Status
This guide will walk you through the process of filtering orders in the EMRG system to find specific orders based on various criteria.
The orders table makes it easy to filter by payment status, prescription status, provider, and date. You can also export the filtered results by clicking the export button in the top right corner of the orders page.
Step-by-Step Process
1. Navigate to Orders
Go to the orders dashboard at https://joinemrg.com/dashboard/orders to access the orders management interface.

2. Filter by Payment Status
Click "Payment status" to filter orders based on their payment status (e.g., paid, pending, failed).

3. Filter by Prescription Status
Click "Prescription Status" to filter orders based on their input status (e.g., pending, completed, in progress).

4. Filter by Provider
Click "Provider" to filter orders based on the healthcare provider who created or is associated with the order.
