This guide will walk you through setting up and managing provider availability schedules, including regular availability windows and overrides for special dates.
Setting Up Regular Availability
1. Navigate to the Dashboard
Start by navigating to your EMRG dashboard. You can access it through the main dashboard URL with your provider IDs.

2. Access Provider Settings
Click on "Provider Settings" in the navigation menu to access provider configuration options.

3. Configure Availability
Click on the "Availability" tab to manage your scheduling preferences.

4. Toggle Days On/Off
Use the toggle switches to enable or disable specific days of the week for your availability.

5. Add Multiple Time Windows
For days when you have multiple availability windows, click the plus icon to add additional time slots within the same day.

Use the dropdown menus to select your specific availability windows for each day.

Click "Save" to apply your availability settings.
