Creating an Order from Patient Profile
This guide will walk you through the process of creating an order directly from a patient's profile in the EMRG system.
Step-by-Step Process
1. Navigate to Patients
Click "Patients" in the side navigation bar to access the patient management interface.

2. Search for Patient
Click the "Search by patient name or ID" field to find the specific patient you want to create an order for.

3. Select Patient
Search and select the patient from the list to access their profile.

4. Access Patient Profile
Click "Create Order" in the patient profile to begin the order creation process.

5. Search for Products
Click the "Search products..." field and search for the product you want to add to the order.

6. Add Product to Order
Click the "+" button next to the desired product to add it to the order.

7. Create and Stage Order
Click "Create Order" to finalize and stage the order. This will allow your Billing and Rx Input teams to bill the order and then send it to the pharmacy.

What Happens Next
The created order will appear in the orders table (from the Orders sidenav) and in the orders table on the patient's specific profile. The order will be staged for processing by your billing and pharmacy teams.
