1. Access Orders Section

Click "Orders" in the side navigation bar to access the orders management interface.

2. Locate the Order

Select or search for the specific order you want to add a comment to.

3. Add Your Comment

Click the "Add a comment..." field and type the internal note that only your team will see. This can be helpful to inform the fulfillment team to bill a certain card on file or ship to a specific address.
