This guide will walk you through the process of adding payment methods for patients in your EMRG system, allowing for seamless billing and payment processing.

Prerequisites

Before adding payment methods, ensure you have:

  • Access to the EMRG dashboard
  • Patient information ready
  • Valid payment method details

Step 1: Navigate to EMRG Dashboard and click "Patients" in the main navigation menu.

Step 2: Search for Patient

Click the "Search by patient name or ID" field to find the specific patient.

Step 3: Click "Manage"

Click "Manage" next to the patient's name to access their management options.

Click "Add Payment Method" to begin the payment method setup process.

Click the "Cardholder Name" field and fill in the payment information including:
